Works great when working at a desk job and your able to roll out your wrist after long typing session; also can be rolled with you feet under you desk. The plastic is pretty stiff but there is still enough flex when using that its comfortable. The roller is hollow and can squish if necessary. Seems well made and should hold up to years of use.

I bought this initially for my husband who spends a lot of time at work on a computer. He says it is great for rolling out his forearms right on his desk. He then started to also use it at home on his traps, and I started using it on my IT band. We have used similar rollers, but what we like about this one is that it has a wider gap between the balls which allows more space for your wrist and gives you the ability to rotate your forearm through the center as you roll. I also like that it is a little squishier than some of the other rollers so it has a slight springy give when I use it on my feet.

I would give it 5 stars but it does not bend or flex very well. It's kinda stiff. It works pretty well for my feet though. It's a little to tough for softer areas like the neck and lower back.

Feels great on my hands and shoulders after long days crouched in front of my computer. The peanut shape is more helpful than regular spherical massage balls -- it's easier to roll over my body and hits more points at once. It also comes in a cute bag for storage/travel :)

This is my second massager ever purchased so I’m fairly new to this. But so far, love the product and have been using it daily. The packaging was very nice. It arrived on time. The price is pretty decent

Hard as a rock not good therapy for my foot!

Great product. Exactly as described and really worx (see what I did there) wonders with massaging. Highly recommended and I couldn't be happier.
