I really liked this backpack but I barely had it three months before the strap broke. After I repaired that the zipper broke and is unrepairable. It’s a great and useful design but after 3 months just normal use its now unusable.

Piece of garbage do not buy. This back pack has a "thing" on the outside that looks like it's a USB hook up but there is NOTHING THERE...poor sewing just terrible. I got two one for myself and one for my daughter. Save your money. Do not buy this.

I bought in January and last month both shoulder straps have ripped out, the front buckles came out in a matter of weeks, and the middle pocket's seam frayed after 2 months of use. To be fair, I really packed this baby on a daily bases - laptop, crochet project, books, etc... I was hoping it would last longer.

It lasted up until the final week of my 16 week semester. It didn’t cost much so I’m not too surprised. I was only taking 1 class so it never had a heavy load to hold either. Wouldn’t recommend it for travel; the zippers would unzip spontaneously.

I bought this item back one januray thinking it was a great backpack, great look, and exactly when I was looking for. This backpack was bought for minimaluse and never carried overly heavy items in it. However, I was wearing this backpack and the stitching came undone out of nowhere and is in a spot that cannot be put back together. I am disappointed with the quality of this backpack and the short amount of time it was used for (considering it wasn’t even used on a daily basis) and for the price that it was purchased for. I would not recommend to purchase this product for anyone looking for something high quality.

It came like damaged, at first I thought it was supposed to be like that that it was part pf the aesthetics (the sewing part). It only worked for less than a month.

Poor zipper, my daughter went through two of these backpacks for school. The zipper only lasted a month each time. Otherwise, the material, size, all great....but if the zipper breaks so easily, not useful product. We are going to look at other company's.
