Light weight boxes that work well in the microwave, freezer and dishwasher. This size is a good compromise for making up low cost ready meals for the freezer then heating them up in the micro for a quick good value meal. If you buy smaller ones they might not be flexible enough for all the uses you wish to put the boxes too. The lids are quite firm and don't leak. They stack well in the freezer. As they are lightweight try not to drop them on the floor when frozen. They will break. That's not a fault of the product its just that frozen plastic s very brittle. I bought a good number because in the past I bought several batches from different suppliers. Those all had different sized lids. This new set of boxes all have the same size and shape of lid so I have eliminated the problem of matching boxed to the correct lids. I recommend that you get more than you need because as they wear out you will want to replace them but replacements are unlikely to be the exact same dimensions then you will have the problem of matching lids again. Size is 17.8cm long, 12.4cm wide and 6cm deep.

Only just started using them but sadly the first lid l came across the lip was broken!!! Not a good start!!! Roughly checked through a few of lids and they appear okay so fingers crossed so hopefully only one bad apple so to speak!!

these seem to be excellent value, the lids fit tight and seem to have a good seal, i am not using them for storage in a freezer so cant comment on how they would deal with that but for the price i paid i find them excellent

Very flimsy plastic and crack with the slightest bit of a lid pull definitely not reusable ove had to throw food away as they have shattered plastic in to tuna when trying to open

Bought these to do a bit of batch cooking prep to help spend less time in the kitchen & more time with the familly but still having good home cooked meals, i just double up on things like spag bol, chilli, etc and always have enough extra to fill two tubs to pop in the freezer. Tubs seem sturdy enough, none were cracked or broken, they withstand being frozen, microwaved, washed and reused and they stack nicely for easier storage in the fridge/freezer. Will buy again when the need be.

I don’t find it sturdy enough. It’s made of very thin plastic so it’s easy breakable.

Definately glad I got the 750 and not the 500s.Ideal for bulk batch cooking for the freezer. Probably not robust enough for multiple re-uses.
