Keeno's back with a grand gesture. Succeeding his outstanding debut album, "Life Cycle", the "Futurist" LP soars through sixteen tracks with boundless finesse. Keeno thrives with his cinematic and orchestral offshoots of drum & bass, silken smooth soundscapes and deep weighty bass.

Great album of understated D and B.
Faithless. Growling bass and almost refined classical melody weaving over the top. Wonderful track. Could be a film theme. Understated and dark, builds to a deep bass resonance that reverbs your room nicely. Pack it through a good system. Perspective, check out that bass dive. This track and most of the others reminiscent of High Contrast or Matrix andFuturebound's Universal Truth. If you like this kind of D and B than this will please you enough but may not be a classic. Dream Sequence packs a punch and makes your head bang, so worth a look.

Album of the year.
I followed Keeno in the beginning when he first started out. A talented pianist with a passion for drum and bass. When this album dropped I expected melodic piano vibes, which has been delivered. What I wasn't prepared for was an absolutely brilliantly produced album with track after track of highly enjoyable music for all occasions. It's a masterpiece. The music is fresh, punchy, melodic, beautiful, with brilliant bass lines. Each track is expertly produced. It is an album which I have listened right through now around 10 times. I can't think of another album I own which I enjoy every single track enough to not flick to the next.Probably the first album I've felt the need to leave a review for. I'm very impressed. Recommended, big time. Happy listening.

Keeno, more of a magician than a futurist. Pure class...
I had a few Keeno tracks from the various liquicity compilations and was impressed with his lovely liquid style.I think this album is worth it for the title track alone (faithless). it is phenomenally orchestral and beautiful. the drum sequence is perfect and the strings are lush and lovely and it then starts to slowly morph slightly into a real beast. Throughout the album, his top quality production and composition skills are on show. He knows how to blend vocals and beats better than anyone in the d n b scene and throughout ensures his tracks are all musical rather than club bangers.Only listened to around 5 tracks from the album so far and love 4 and really like the 5th. perfect music to chill out to and let your mind drift away into Keeno's world or orchestral soundscapes, perfectly crafted percussion and solid bass.
