So far so good
So far I've been taking them for maybe 2 weeks and my leg cramps are going away.... I go to retake my vitamin D blood work in a month.....

Two capsules a day work well for me.
My low vitamin D count improved in a few months of using two capsules a day per the recommendation of my doctor. I have continued to use that amount following her advice. She says that is what my body needs. No ill effects, only good ones.
