Pure Tibetan Herbal Medicine Nepalese/Tibetan Incense

I just received this lovely incense yesterday and I dont have any regret at all. The smell is so great. It smells like the smoke from the forest. I have an itchy throat at the moment, but the smell doesnt irritate my throat at all. Love spending time in my room because of the smell. My only problem with this is the size of my incense holder

I have been trying incense for stress relief and although I cannot confirm if this works as it is self inflicted this is about as natural a burn as it comes. There is no strong chemical smell and it releases natural burning incense into the room it is burnt in.There is plenty in the box and I just break off 1/3 and burn it and that is more than enough. Only 4 stars as I expected a bit more from it in terms of medicinal use.
