WLTOYS S977 3.5 Ch Metal Radio Control Gyro Rc Helicopter with Video Camera

I have many remote control helicopters and drones and have been flying them for some years. I received this today. It was easy to fly, responded well and the videorecordings were easy to download and were of good quality. I am so pleased with this product and I am amazed at the price. I bought it because I was interested in what it offered at the price. I was over the moon with the outcome and will be buying again!!!!

Got it for my dad, he loves it. Still learning how to fly it and It can survive Water... Well sink water anyway lol. The camera works great and batteries last a long time. Its really easy to charge.

Great helicopter, bought for my father in law and he loves it. Flies really smoothly :). Price was so much cheaper than the equivalent product on the high street.

Smart bit of kit better than small drones, trying to work out the video though,says wrong format.

it has issues with camera. Doesnt capture images properly and video recording not working at all. I have asked for assistance if it could be replaced with the same helicopter but with good camera and proper functioning of video recording and image capturing. Rest it is a very nice stable helicopter and can never crash....

I got one for my grandson for Christmas. The same day he was getting to the point to where he could land it on another person's hand. Very easy to control and very sturdy construction- it can hit hard things, bounce around and still fly perfectly. Highly recommended.BTW- shipping wasn't expected for almost 4 weeks and it showed up in 9 days!

Works very good. Outdoors a little sketchy, but as long as you fly in low wind and indirect sunlight it works ok. Glad I ordered the extra parts kit as it took a big hit indoors and lost the tiny balance to top rotor connectors. Decent fly to charge time, pics and vid are a little hit and miss but a nice added feature. My son really enjoyed it.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband. He opened it and less than 24 hours after he opened it, it stopped working. The secondary propeller stopped working. He never crashed it and still had this issue. If he crashed it or didn't allow it to charge properly or did anything to contribute to this problem then I would understand but since none of that is the case to say I am severely disappointed would be an understatement.

It flies fine..........until you turn on the video camera........ That's when it goes to s*** and won't fly worth a crap, controls barely work and get extremely sluggish.Just don't use the video cam and your ok.The video camera takes away internal resources used for flight control, so it's not a quality piece.I would not recommend it as a purchase

After seeing these little rc helicopters in videos I decided to buy one to start a new hobby. I found this one with an included flight camera and it fit what I wanted for a first rc heli. I'm very glad that I did from this seller. It was sent very fast and was in great condition. Took my first flight and recorded some video. The video was good quality from such a small camera. I have definitely fell in love with this hobby. This little heli is built well and can take crashes. I crashed a few times as I'm a rookie pilot. :) The heli took right off after being set back up.Recommend the seller calmair very highly. Quick shipping, item as described. It was a good helicopter it worked well and it was easy to control but the camera never worked out the box and the micro sd card never worked either. Tried the camera with one that did work but it still didn’t work.

Great fun. I'm 50 and don't pkay with video games or toys. It was pretty easy to use. Took some practice, quite a few crashes and it is pretty tuff. Hard to fly in a smaller house with dogs so I've been waiting to get outside to use the camera so I can't comment on that. I'm hoping to use to look at my gutters to see if they need cleaning. Sounds like a great idea, we will see. Winter weather stopping me. If I can fly it anybody can! It is fun. Needs to be fully charged to get some good time out of it. I have found that just leaving plugged into wall for several hours works best. You have a light built in the USB cord that lights up when ready but it seems to come on quickly and then if used the battery doesn't last as long if left to charge longer. Keep the LED lights off for longer run times too. Keep the remote pointed towards the helicopter too, infrared signal. Once you fly up, which it goes quickly it will drop like a rock if you don't. Finally figured that out! Like I said, pretty tuff. Have fun!

I've flown the S977 for about a month now and have not come across any problems with this helicopter. If you can fly a Syma 107, you can fly this, very easy and alot of fun. All of the functions on the heli are controlled by the rc. including the camera, video, and a turbo button, which is very cool. The video, considering the size, is pretty clear in bright rooms, my wife and I were impressed. For the money, you can't do better. I recommend this S977 to anyone that enjoys flying mini helicopters, WL has put out a great product at a great price.

This was purchased as a gift for a family member. They love it. It is very easy to control and the camera is pretty good when used in a well lit area. It seems pretty durable. After running into lights and walls a few times I would have thought it would have broken, but it is still flying. Definitely worth the price paid.

I tried to find ways to knock this down a little bit, I don't give 5 stars very often, Especially with kids toys, Its just hard to find a toy that lives up to the expectations. I honestly can find nothing. This little copter is extremely cool and my boy loves it. It does video as well as takes pictures, Has nighttime running lights you can turn on and off from the remote. Its pretty stable but rest assured you will crash it. We've only had it for 2 days but I had to comment on the durability. This thing has has a rough 2 days, Its hit everything in this house at least once, Including the dog. Every time it hits I swear it came apart and that was its last flight but this thing has taken everything thrown at it and doesn't even show a mark. It comes with extra rotors but so far we haven't needed to use any extras. A great product that we have had a lot of fun with. If I had a complaint its the charging vs the run time. We get about 15 minutes out of it for about 45 minutes charge, Seems pretty slow to charge but does gives us a nice break from having to have our head on a swivel while it charges. Over all the video camera works well as well as the picture function which by the way is all controlled by the remote.
