Piki is quite delicious on turkey. My spouse is from Peru so we get it when we travel there or when the in-laws visit. Makes a great marinade and you can use the drippings to make a flavorful gravy. The only downside is that it’s hard to get directly in the U.S. So if you can find it, try it!

Yo estaba entusiasmada cuando compré este artículo sin embargo tuve una grande decepción al ver que solo salió liquido con mucho vinagre y chicha de jora tiene mucho líquido no se siente l gusto ni se vee el huacatay el chincho que es lo que mas resltable yblo se debe de sentir y ver en una pachamanca lamentablemente fue una mala compra les recomiendo que para lanzar un producto y tener éxito hagan un aderezo tal cual es el sabor. Por lo cual no le daré estrellas
