I have tried so many products to alleviate the pain in the ball of my foot. Heels and flats were both affected and this is the first product to have worked. My shoes ar more comfortable then I would have ever expected.Some shoes may need to be 1/2 size larger as they do take up space, I ahve used a shoe stretcher for my shoes that area little tight and no problems. There a few different styles and all have been useful. They can been handwashed and used in differnt shoes. VERY pleased..

These are a complete waist of money. They break and slide around. I wish I had returned them in time. Total trash.
