I'm giving these soap pumps 5 stars based on 3 months of usage. The real test may be how they're working after 9 months to a year, but so far so good. The chrome coating on my decorative soap pumps start flaking off after many months of use. I bought a very inexpensive replacement at Bed Bath & Beyond (the only one they had) and it stopped pumping properly after several months of use. So I searched Amazon for something sturdier and found these. I liked that they are stainless steel which means that there is no coating to peel off. I discovered that my guest bathroom soap pump was rusting and made the soap a disgusting color of brown when it came out, so I used the second one for that bathroom. Then I bought another 2 pack and replaced the soap pumps in two other bathrooms. I'm pleased with the quality of this product!

Used both heads to replace pumps on soap dispensers in separate bathrooms. One is filled with regular Method refill soap and one with antibacterial Softsoap. The one with the antibacterial soap has developed a spot of rust on the nozzle after about a month. Not sure if it’s a product flaw or a result of the harsher chemicals, but it will likely need to be replaced again in time.Otherwise, no complaints at all. The straw portion they send is long enough that I could just used one, cut in half, for both dispensers.

It's hard to say how sturdy and durable it's going to be until it's been used for a while, but it seems pretty substantial. It was easy to put together. The only thing I'm not totally crazy about is it's a kind of brushed stainless and I actually need a chrome finish. It doesn't look like this seller has a chrome one. The delivery was faster than I expected.

I was pleasantly surprised how well these replacement pumps look and work! I was expecting the 'same ole same ole' that I usually get, but these fit great, don't leak, have a very nice design and dispense wonderfully! I've had both the stainless steel and plastic replacements, but these work and look better than the many I've gotten in the past. Would definitely recommend. It arrived sooner than expected and had nice follow up from TopHomeStore. Granted, I haven't had the pumps very long, but you can just tell they're sturdy and should last.

We bought some soap dispensers for a bathroom remodel and they worked well for about three months. Then they became hopelessly clogged and wouldn't pump correctly. I bought these replacement pumps and they have performed flawlessly. I noticed they seem more sturdy than the plastic pumps that originally came with our dispensers. Would recommend and buy again if needed.

They are sturdy and do not wobble when depressed with palm of my hand. I will buy these again when I need more. The pumps that come with dispensers are not nearly as good quality as the these two pumps.”

I bought 3 sets for 5 smoke glass soap dispensers which are beautiful but the original pump that came with them was such poor quality plastic that most of them malfunctioned after a short period of time. I was not certain these would fit but they do and they are beautiful, well-made, clearly of high quality, smooth operation and greatly enhance the color of the glass. I’m very pleased.

These stainless pumps are SO much better than the plastic ones which came with my ceramic soap containers/ TheseDO NOT keep coming disconnected from the slick soap, with the little spout falling off like the plastic ones did. These both look better, thus improving the appearance of the ceramic containers AND hey work a whole lot better! Plan on buying some more for other dispensers with plastic pumps.
