Great plant based goodness
All of these from any brand are pricey but I believe it's good for me. I took advantage of a slight offer here and thankful that i have peace of mind by taking them daily. I only take one a day and I squeeze the liquid into my toddler's bottle at night.

Bought a bunch of these :) good supplement. Cant say much else; Im vegan so I like to supplement some extra omega 3 than just eating flaxseed

I have taken these almost daily for 2 years. Simpler and importantly more likely to be part of a routine than taking oil by the teaspoon.
