This product is ok. Didn't find that it worked on my anxiety as suggested dose so I took more than slowed on the label.

I love the idea of this, just not what I was expecting. It is, however, great for anyone lacking B vitamins

It’s great and it works.

I’ve been taking this for a few months and I’m still unsure if it’s helping my anxiety. It doesn’t seem to have side effects.

While not as calming as kava kava was for me, it does bring a more subtle calm without feeling out of it.*I use it for all day calm and my stress level is elevated past normal.*

Has seemed to calm my anxiety down after taking for a couple weeks. I only take one a day, would probably do more if I took twice.
