First, I would like to admit that I have never been formally diagnosed with anxiety (GAD, social anxiety, or panic disorder). I do have a naturally nervous disposition, so I purchased this tea (on a whim) to see if it could help with it. It is too soon to make any anecdotal claims supporting or disproving the health (psychological or physiological) benefits. I can say that this tea is very nice tasting. There is a natural sweetness to it that is pleasant. I would buy this tea again based on taste alone.

Higher quality than most all the other tea Gyn tea suppliers.. not full of stems like most of the the inexpensive suppliers

Good value and product tasted good in nice packaging.

Brew up a cup and add 1 drop of stevia and you will be hooked on a great tea.
