Updating my original review — I’m very impressed with this company’s customer service. After my unit stopped blowing warm air after about 14 months, the seller reached out to me, apologized, and sent a replacement right away. They also provided a 1-year warranty on the new unit, which I really appreciate. The dryer itself worked great when I first got it, and I’m happy to have a new one. It’s rare to see this level of support after the initial purchase period, and it definitely changed my experience for the better. Thank you for standing behind your product! I purchased this shoe dryer in December 2024 and loved it at first. It worked really well and dried shoes quickly. Unfortunately, after about 14 months it stopped blowing warm air and now only blows cold air, so it no longer dries shoes. I’m very disappointed because it worked great while it lasted, but I expected it to last much longer.

I’m really happy with this shoe dryer. It works very well and the noise level is pretty low, which I really like. The height and position are adjustable, so it’s easy to fit different types and sizes of shoes. One of my favorite features is the ozone option. I also really like that it automatically shuts off when the timer ends, so I can turn it on and don’t have to worry about remembering to shut it off. It’s easy to use and very practical. Definitely happy with this purchase!

This is compact and works fast

This is an initial review as we have only had it a few weeks. Overall, it does the job but there are some issues with it. First, absolutely no instructions provided beyond some kind of vague warnings. So we were off to the Internet for guidance on how to use (e.g. how long should you run it?) As other pointed out, the arms move a bit too easily with the result being you're never sure if it's in the right position to avoid overheating. The little elbow should lock in place otherwise you always displace it when you put the shoes on it. At the same time, the arm itself moves around so you feel like it's setting you up for failure of the motor due to heat. But so far, the cleats are staying stink free.

Works great for tennis shoes

A must need if you work in rain or snow. We are in Florida but my son works outdoors as a lineman and is constantly coming home with wet boots. This is a life saver so he doesn’t have to where wet boots the next day to work. Easy to use and has heat, and a timer!

First time I used it to dry up my wet gloves from shoveling snow worked great till I noticed the plastic on the top the plastic was really hot and as becoming distorted. Returned it as it was defective. Too bad as it had plenty of heat to dry the gloves fast.

Who knew?! I didn’t know about shoe driers. Has done an excellent job. My boots or shoes take about an hour. Wow.

I'm pretty sure I recieved a used unit but it seems like it's in ok condition. I had a different unit before this and the heat was very inconsistent and unreliable. I did some tests on this unit and it seems good. High heat tops out at about 46C and low is about 28C. It does take about 6-8 minutes to come to high temp, which isn't quick, but it's reasonable. The ozone feature does make noise, but it's not too bad. Smell is mild but does appear to be producing ozone. This seems like the best featured option unit available and the price is reasonable.

Love this product dries boots really well and works well controlling the smell.

Although we bough it last year, this product was only used a total of about 10-15 hours. Right out of the gate, the plastic around the heater elements inside began to sag and melt. Finally, today it let out a massive bang sound, emitted lots of toxic smelling smoke. We must have had a funky one. Freya at Forlim was incredibly understanding and supportive and immediately replaced the unit at no cost to us. The new one is operating really well and is showing no signs of the earlier problems we had with the first one.

This Boot dryer was everything I was hoping for to dry my work boots.. for 3 minutes... At the low price of $15 a minute you could have yourself semi dry boots! This is designed to dry Wet boots, but don't let a few drips of water get on it because it will stop working. I highly recommend if your boots are really wet, you buy 3 or 4 of them!

I bought this for my husband and he was very impressed with how well it works for his work boots. He puts his boots on it in the evening when he gets home and his boots are warm and dry for morning. It's a bit noisy but we leave it in the porch so we don't really hear it.
