Review: Enjoy in moderation - I rarely write reviews but I wanted to address some people who complain about indigestion. They must be eating too many of these bars. If I have one bar per day I am ok but if I double up then it causes flatulence. I understand one bar may not be enough intake of protein but find another source then if you don't want the farts! To be fair, majority of protein bars cause flatulence if eaten in large quantities. Overall it's a nice protein snack. Chocolate and Peanut flavours are sweet but do not contain sugar, instead they have sugar alcohol.

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to address some people who complain about indigestion. They must be eating too many of these bars. If I have one bar per day I am ok but if I double up then it causes flatulence. I understand one bar may not be enough intake of protein but find another source then if you don't want the farts! Actually, for both of us, me and my partner... for 3 days we trying to solve the mystery of our stomach problems (unwelcome symptoms including gas, bloating, and even diarrhea.). This protein bar was the only new thing in our diet. Reading the rest low star reviews gave us some idea. Now I am reading more about protein bars, and found out that its quite normal reaction. But honestly, I tried many different bars before, this reaction happened the first time. One huge plus of this product - super tasty.
