I bought this for my 102 yr old grandfather to store his pills in when he goes out. The clasp comes loose and it opens on its own and when you try to close it, it doesn't snap firmly shut which is very dangerous because the pills fall out. I would never recommend this pill box to anyone.

I wanted a little pill box to carry an extra set of my morning pills for the days I forget, as well as some ibuprofen and my migraine pills. This little box is perfect! It's deeper than I expected, so my morning pills (including a vitamin, which is a bigger pill) fit easily into one compartment-- there are four pills all together in that compartment. The lid snaps down tightly and it's very pretty. I'm happy with this purchase.

My husband stole my Jack Skellington pill case so I bought this one for myself. I love it. Fits all manner of pills that I use, from capsules to pills. Fits discretely in the side pocket of my purse. I will never be without it. Love the sugar skull owl design. So cool.

I got this pill box cause I thought it was just a bit cuter than your average option. It's worked out great for what I need,- just something to hold a few vitamins in my purse without making a mess. I've not had any issues with it and am happy with my purchase.

Cute but incredibly cheap and the clasp is useless. The clasp engages about 50% of the time. Even when it does clasp shut the lid pops back up partially. It can be opened without pressing the release button. I wouldn't keep anything important in it, let alone a medication.

It is adorable, and it has separate compartments which I did not see when I ordered it. I like to gift my husband otter things (lately, not a weirder) and I was very happy with this gift. Really cute, well made and I liked that it had separate compartments.

I love traveling and when I travel, take a pharmacy with me. For day trips, this is perfect, because I don't need the whole pharmacy! Just a few things. Holds around 10-12 pills (Tylenol sized ones). Smaller pills it could hold more. Looks cute, generally not too much plastic.
