The Setup guide was just a very badly translated "how to plug in" set of instructions. The website listed is not an active webpage. the suggested app does not exist in either the google play store or the apple app store. the user interface is pretty easy to navigate but remote network access has failed to work with all possible correct configurations. without some type of manual or online support resource its impossible to troubleshoot.
