I can't say enough good things about this little welder !! I'm no professional welder by any means but I have been welding with stick and MiG off and on for a few decades at least and I have to say it was a breeze to set up and jump right back in to it again ! I had zero problems getting everything to work..even MIG on synergetic mode worked just fine for me .. for the money it's a great buy !! I would choose using this over a lot of the top dollar welders I have used just due to the portability of it ! Do a little research..watch a few videos , go slow and practice until your comfortable and you will be pleased with it !! I hate to call it a hobby welder just because it's capable of so much once you get in your comfort zone ! Treat it with care and be aware of what your buying and what you use it for and I can recommend this highly without hesitation !!!

I just bought the 2 in 1. I think this is as good as a gassless flux core welder can get. It's so light, and packs quite a punch. I ran beads for about 2 hours yesterday and about 3 more hours today. It was flawless. I tried the stick welding it seemed to work great but I realized I need a lot of practice in stick. My first welder was the harbor freight special. I could rarely get a good weld out of that thing. This welder is a 200% upgrade from the harbor freight flux core welder, and some how lighter and cheaper. Overall I would recommend for beginners and small to medium jobs.

Maximum output with inner shield (flux core) is only 120 amps. max as per the spec. sheet. Not 140 amps as advertised. Max output with stick is 115 amps. After test welding with the supplied wire the machine worked satisfactory but was greatly improved by using a premium wire. I found Forney wire worked best. In stick mode the machine burned 3/32" filler metal rod great. I didn't test it with 1/8" but it may work with it in the vertical position. It may be a little cold for flat/ horizontal work. Arc stability was very good in both modes. I will update this review after I get some more run time. Just for total transparency. I am a welder with 50 years' experience. Update: The more I weld with this machine the more I like it. The syn mode parameters are spot on and they produce clean welds with little to no spatter. I mostly use .035 wire it seems to run a little smoother than .030. I don't usually recommend products, but this machine is a must have for the home workshop. I was never a fan of inner Shield flux core, but this machine made me a believer. Attached pics are flux core in as welded condition. I just used a couple of strokes from a hand wire brush to clean the slag off.

Bought this works very well even ended up letting a friend borrow it and he was very impressed still works great try it for yourself works great for the price...

I’m new to welding, but this seems like a great little machine. I showed it to a friend who’s more experienced, and they said it’s a great investment for the price 👍 It’s pretty straightforward to use — it does come with instructions, but I jumped right in and used it to fix a broken fence without any trouble 💪 I can’t compare it to higher-end machines for long-term durability, but for small projects around the house, it worked exactly how I needed it to. Overall, a solid value for beginners and DIY jobs 🏡✨

Its already paid for it self with the repairs that ive done. But trying to get it dialed in it at first I tripped the breaker. After getting it dialed in right it works fantastic.

I like how consistent the arc is no sputtering or weird voltage drops. The included accessories are decent quality too, and it’s nice that you can plug it into a standard 110 outlet. Overall, it’s a reliable and surprisingly strong machine that’s perfect for beginners or anyone who wants a good, portable welder for garage work.

Bad. I didnt even get to use it one time . I went to weld a simple small tiny exhaust crack and it failed on me, couldnt get to work multiple times. now the whole jose is just jammed and its worthless.

Good quality and does the job

Como principiante en trabajos de soldadura, adquirí esta máquina principalmente para trabajos caseros, y me sorprendió la facilidad de programación para la opción de soldadura flux core, y las pruebas que realicé me gustaron los acabados que sin ser un especialista, considero de buena calidad. Para mis necesidades particulares de proyectos caseros, esta herramienta me resultó muy apropiada, quizás para trabajos profesionales o de trabajo pesado posiblemente no sea la mejor opción, debido al ciclo de trabajo aprox. 25%. La otra opción de soldadura con electrodo, también me dejó gratamente sorprendido pues se generó el arco sin ningún problema, consumiendo el electrodo (6013 de 3/16") de forma suave y uniforme. En resumen, considero a este herramienta por su relación precio-calidad, una muy buena opción para proyectos pequeños o reparaciones caseras.

Me sorprendió lo estable del arco eléctrico la terminación de la soldadura queda de primera. La soldadura con microalambre super bien cuando soldas materiales delgados excelente producto.

Como principiante en soldadura se me hizo muy fácil soldar con MIG sin gas. Ya no perforo perfiles delgados con este tipo de soldadura. Me hubiera gustado que soportara electrodo 7018, solo soporta 6013 y 6011.

No tengo experiencia en la herrería, pero con esta máquina ya pude hacer un techo de 6m x 5m si la recomiendo
