I began implementing Dr. Shad work because of Steve's endorsement and I have seen a drastic change in the direction of my life - and it's been for the better. After reading several of his books (also How Rich People Think and 177 Mental Toughness Secrets of the World Class), one of my favorite things to do is to re-listen/re-read over them to uncover other nuggets I missed the previous time. Part of my evening routine is to read at least one chapter (1-2 pages) and think about how I can apply the principle in my life.
