Overall its a good office chair. Im 5 10" and 130 lbs.Pros:Sturdy, the back mesh is tightly woven, the back support works well.Cons: I find the highest head rest level to be too short and none of the three angles do much to alleviate that. The chair now advertises a locking head rest, mine does not (perhaps its an earlier model).-The arm rests can not be moved back or forward but can be removed or shortened if you need to be close to your desk for homework. the large seat prevents me from getting the arm rests directly below my elbows, but im a pretty skinny man so that wont be a problem for everyone. I would recommend finding your dimensions when buying online office chairs.-The back pillow rotates a bit when you twist it, which seems a little shabby but doesn't affect how the chair functions. one of the arm rest cushions doesn't seem to be completely glued down.Overall I like the chair :)

We are overall happy with our purchase. We ordered this to help with the back problems we were having when we needed to work from home. The lumbar support is very beneficial and the quality of the chair is good. 4 out of 5 because of the difficulty with following the instructions for putting chair together.

The chair would no longer hold its height after about 6 months, began sinking whenever anyone sat in it. Fixed that with some PVC pipe and hose clamps. Now, after about 10 months, the whole seat is completely wabbly. Feels like it will break loose from the rest of the chair at any time. I imagine I'll be buying a new chair very soon. I should note that I work a lot from home and use the chair more than casually.

Ended my back pain caused by my old chair. I work from home and this sees a lot of use and was worth every penny. Only downsides are the arms don't angle and the fabric is a little scratchy in bare skin. And it doesn't angle lock front to back (just rocker lock) which I thought it did.

My husband finds it very comfortable which says a lot since he spends a lot of hours working and sitting in this chair.

Can feel bolts that hold hydrolic lift through padding and oil has been leaking out from hydrolic lift.

For the price it isn't a bad chair. The seat is a bit hard, and its a bit deep. the only real complain I have is that the gas shock on the bottom gives out little by little. I constantly have to readjust it.
