Q: Is this safe for dogs?

Yes, its safe for dogs and cats, my dog did not like this product.

Q: Can these seeds be grown in an Aerogarden? We have someone who can't be around soil/dirt so are looking for an alternative way to have cat grass.

I think that they'd grow fine in an Aerogarden! They grow like weeds regularly!! All they'd need is water and sunshine!!

My girls wouldn't touch this initially either. I cut a few blades and would put it into their dog food daily, and eventually they started to nibble from the pot. It takes time and patience, but it might work for you as well.
