GMP product with 21 natural ingredients
The Nutrality Kidney XL Supplement 700mg Advanced Complex arrives in a ziplock plastic bag LDPE - 4 that is not recyclable for home (at least in Oxfordshire). The advert states that this product is manufactured by Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). GMP is important for product quality. The GMP logo does not appear on the product packaging - so not certain. In the packet, there are 60 capsules. Each capsule has 21 natural ingredients plus silicon dioxide as an anticaking agent. Cranberry and nettle (although more the root than the leaves) have been shown to reduce UTIs and the other 19 natural ingredients all look fine; some are at very low doses which is okay as a supplement to a healthy diet. The capsules are large and may be difficult to swallow for some - but the capsules can be opened and sprinkled on food. However, the taste of the powder is not that pleasant (some cranberry preparations taste fine) but it has a woody taste that can be masked - also if you do this make sure that you don’t inhale any of the dust as silicone dioxide is toxic if inhaled. I don’t like taking the HMPC capsule if I can avoid it - but in this product's case, it is most probably preferable to do so. At £24.00 for a two-month supply - these capsules are in the mid-range for similar products but much more expensive than cranberry-only products. Overall if GMP manufactured - this is a product that I would be happy to recommend.

At this price u would expect them to do something but after taking for a week or two it did absolutely nothing to help kidney pain
