Been using this mouse over a year now , its pretty ergonomic as it says. fits perfectly in my hand and i thought its been good till now I'll write a review about it. :) worth the buck.

The media could not be loaded. I got this mouse for my office laptop but when I receive it, the mouse pointer doesn’t move. The left click and right click fine but when I try to move it does not work.I wanted to replace the product but customer care told me that it can only be done in HP service center, and the service center is 45mins from my house. It is not even worth going there to place it give the wastage of time and money. I felt cheated in a way. The mouse was not even used once.

Mouse worked well its a budget mouse can't expect much with the material and the quality, but very good for its price,Battery 🔋:Issue I found was it Stopped working within a month, mouse froze and lagged, ⚠ problem was the battery ⚠The AA battery it came with ( claiming 12+ month use) died within a monthAfter puttintng in a diff Battery mouse's function restored.

Nice product to have and extra buttons gives you more features to use.

the mouse is actually very good to use the extra buttons at the side were very comfortable to use where as the design was very good. the problem started very recently and the mouse is now not workingwhen I try to turn on the mouse the sensor turns on for a split second and goes off immediatelywhere I have the product within the warranty now but when I try to contact amazon about this there is no way for the contact. they only offer a way to contact hp service centre this is not good as there must be proper way to claim my warranty for this mouse I would say hp portal is also the worst case for this .. as I tried to claim my warranty using their portal they asked for model number which you will never find in the box or in the mouse aswell so I would say the mouse is very good but the service they offer for the warranty both from amazon and hp is very very poor in this case

I have been writing about my issue on Amazon for the last one weeks and have also been calling Amazon and HP. But I have not received any response till now. Please call me. i am fed up of contacting Amazon. no call, no response.. i request you to take this product back. Please replace the product or return back my money.I have complained ten times. It hasn't worked since the day it was delivered. Amazon is cheating me. I filed a complaint as soon as I received it. However, no one helped me, and on May 14th, the option to replace it was removed. Please refund me.

Excellent product very ergonomic and comfortable to use just when connected to USB hub gives lag. Overall all excellent product I recommend to buy and it's value for money product.
