The delivery of the book was excellent. However the quality of the book was disappointing. The pages looked really worn, there is a tear in the cover, it just looked old and worn

great for learning spanish. I am not very adept at learning a new language being middle aged, but this book makes it easy.

I like the layout of this book. This is the International version - the Spanish mainland version has less variety. Interesting articles about Latin America (as well as Spain), snippets of grammar, exercises in small sections, I like dipping in for a bit of language practice without needing to spend hours at a time. Chosen by my Spanish teacher, but the sort of book I'd have chosen for self-study.

very good learning material; perfect reading materials and interesting topics; very nicely printed book; generally good book; i would recommend it to everybody.

A good reference book.

Good book but it should be made clear that this is an old version, there's a newer version which is somewhat different. If you're buying this to use in a class as I did, check which version you need as the chapters and exercises seem to be quite different in the newer version.
