These collars allow for a little room for error. How to measure your dog for collar: 1.Measure around your dog's neck using a cloth measuring tape positioned where his dog collar sits. (Tip: If you do not have a cloth tape measure, try using a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler.) 2.Add 1.5 inches to the measurement. This is your dog's neck size. 3.Check the collar's fit. A rule of thumb is to leave an allowance for two fingers to fit between the collar and the dog for a comfortable fit.

Color not exact
I like it but not really the color it depicts in photo. The description says “red-orange color” and in photo sure looks red/orange, but in real life was much more of a bright orange almost like an orange you would wear for deer hunting. We only have the collar to hold tags it is not used as a walking collar so I can not attest to strength of buckle, for what we need it works. While I would have preferred the true red orange color over all I like it.

The ring is of good quality as well
I have 2 Golden retrievers and bought a smaller one for my 6 month old. The collar's appearance and quality (paracord) is top notch. However, the metal buckle is barely staying on her, which is a shame. The ring is of good quality as well. I bought another brand (that was more expensive 34.95) that has a plastic buckle and it is far superior and has never come off. If the buckle could be a bit more quality this would be a home run.

Very nice, quality collar, not cheap feeling, very sturdy.
Fabulous collar, Archibald truly looks very outdoorsy now, and it seems very durable. I wish however that the size was a bit more appropriate but that was my fault entirely. Order was shipped and received in a timely fashion. No problems with the seller what so ever.

Great collar, is just what is described
Great collar, is just what is described. Main reason for purchase was the metal clasp. Strong enough to walk the dog with without worrying about it breaking apart like a plastic one would. Also, it's nice and wide. Takes to water pretty well too.

Good Quality with a bit to be desired.
Awesome product quality. The description was for 41 cm, however the measurement seems to be for the entire length, including the clip. Once inserted, the collar fits a bit more snugly than I had hoped for. Also, the "D" ring is awkwardly placed and not fully secured, preventing the flat part from remaining seated on the collar.

Dual purpose, solid for the active outdoor dog
Solidly made and can be unwraveled in a backcountry emergency. Excellent customer service. This material is much better for your water dogs than nylon - dries quickly. Not adjustable so measure carefully. Did I mention excellent customer service?

Love the Metal Buckle!
Bought this for my German Shepherd, we love it, love the Paracord Collar, it looks to be made of the good quality paracord. Love the METAL buckle, feels very strong!
