Can't find replacement brush heads!
The toothbrush action is fine, and the five modes can give you the amount of brush action you want with no problem. I thought I was buying a Phillips product and it clearly isn't (my fault for not checking more closely). I cannot find how to buy replacement heads and believe me, Phillips heads do not fit. There is nothing on the Amazon website for heads, and the instructions don't include how to purchase new heads. In fact, the whole packaging and instruction set are just bizarre!! This may be the first item I return to Amazon!

I liked how it cleaned my teeth
I liked how it cleaned my teeth. But, the housing where the toothbrush resides has cracked in three places. This unit has not been dropped so I can only assume that the vibration has caused this to occur. I have only gotten less than 4 months use.

Excellent! I love my electric tooth brush it isn’t heavy or bulky. It was great settings an pauses every 30 seconds so you brush every tooth!
