Handmade Nuno felted woolen and linen scarf with woolen fringes. Length with fringes - 90", width - 12", weight - 9 oz. Delicate, soft, and warm scarf. This scarf was made with interesting design approach - the fringes and decorations are woolen threads felted between fabric and wool roving layer. The base for this project is Earth friendly materials - undyed wool and linen fabric. Every single designed and handmade piece is unique and never be repeated. Materials: Very soft Blue Faced Leicester undyed wool (natural white and oatmeal colors), natural linen, woolen threads decoration and fringes. Care guide: Hand wash gently in cool or lukewarm water (up to 40 C/108 F) ideally using the special lanolin-based detergents, such as Eucalan and Melp or castille soap. Rinse thoroughly in cold water. After washing, remove excess water using paper towels, and reshape by stuffing with dry paper towels. Allow to dry naturally and slowly. Do not dry in sunlight or direct heat. Please note that unlike cotton and synthetic materials (polyester, acrylic and others), wool does not need to be washed frequently - even wool-made item cans be worn many times between washing if allowed to be aired out between wearing them.
