The small size is very good.
I am very pleased with this amplifier. The amount of static or background noise is about "zero." A little bit of feedback on the second volume setting but not much. I need to contact the manufacturer, I guess. The slim tube for the left ear option is a little mashed and doesn't fit on the unit. I would prefer to wear it in the left ear, though it works well in the right. If anyone know how to contact the manufacturer for a new left slim tube, I would appreciate knowing about it. This unit has the best noise reduction of any I've tried. and the smaller size is great. Truly hides behind the ear.

Simple and functional. I don't know if there is noise cancellation function or not but it works fine.

Getting the right parts
The Symphonix hearing aids. kit didn't come with the left ear, thin tubular part that would fit into my left ear with a small dome. Please just send those 2 parts. Thank you
