The author starts by explaining all that the industry covers. Then each part of the industry is detailed in its own section. For example, the heating aspects are in one section, the cooling in another section, ventilation system in another, etc. The book closes with a nice look to the future. Here the author speculates as to where he believes the HVAC industry is going. We liked that there was so much information here but also a look to what it may hold for my children.
