The coat is beautiful. Lightweight. Great color. Came with the bag. However, I live in VT and it was 23° today. Even with an undershirt, t-shirt, sweatshirt, and this jacket on, I could still feel the chill. Granted, I only paid $49.50 for this jacket so it’s not a big deal as the original price is something like $199. I would recommend this for spring and fall, it’s a great coat and super lightweight. Heck if you live in a warmer location you could wear this as your winter coat. But for those of us in *real* winter locations. I would *NOT* recommend purchasing this as your main winter jacket.

If you travel by air you need this coat. It’s warm but without the bulk and heavy weight. It recently doubled as a pillow on a recent flight. It comes with a small bag and packs with minimal space. The hood does not detach but lays nicely when not in use.

The fit is good, color is nice and I love how lightweight it is. However, going outside here in a Midwest winter, it’s not much warmer than a sweater. Disappointing, and unfortunately I will be sending back.

The color and size of the product is what I liked, however, there are two TAZO tea bags in each pocket that makes me think this is not a new item like the vendor claimed. I have to travel with this jacket to oversea next week, no time to replace or send back!

This is a beautiful coat but very thin. It’s great for a warm spring day or a warm fall day. This coat is not meant for the cold. The fabric is very pretty and the color gray was a very creamy color, not as grey. I bought a warmer Eddie Bauer coat also so I will save this one for the spring.

I purchased the heather grey in medium, and it fits perfectly. I normally wear a size 8, and am about 5'2. The length comes to about mid-thigh on me, and it is not tight around the hips. I love that it is packable by stuffing it into the included tote bag. The bag takes up just a little more room than a water bottle, and it is light. I think it will be warm enough, and depending on the temperature, a sweater and or scarf could added for more warmth.

It is lightweight, looks great, and fits like a dream. I love that I can ball it up and travel with it without adding weight or bulk to luggage. (It comes with it's own cinch-sack.) I love the color and the hood. I live in a warmer climate, so it will be perfect for walks on windy days and cooler nights.

This is my second down parka from Eddie Bauer...Although a bit thin ,it s very suitable for extreme winter.I am very pleased with my purchase
