I received a replacement order from Tropicbird. I didn't ask for this, but they understood the mix-up and fixed the problem. WOW... Awesome customer service !! When needed will buy from them again! These are really good-quality stainless steel stemless wine "glasses." I looked at several others before choosing these, and I’m glad I did because some purchasers mentioned visible seams running up the inside of their cup or that they weren’t really dishwasher safe or that the rims were sharp and not rolled enough to drink from comfortably or that the colored powder coating on the outside easily scratched. These Tropicbird glasses answered all those complaints. They are brushed food-grade 18/10 stainless steel inside and out. They are graceful (a little taller than the competition, although still hold at least 12 ounces): they have a comfortable, rolled lip; they really do keep cold drinks cold for a long time with no sweating (and we live in a very humid area); there are no seams inside the glasses (the seam is on the bottom of the outside, thus adding a little weight there which makes the glasses more stable); they are top-rack dishwasher safe. But most importantly my wife really likes them. She drinks ice water all day, and used to accumulate daily several folded paper towels as "coasters" to absorb the condensation from her drinking glass. Not any more, and she's not constantly replenishing the ice either. These things will pay for themselves soon because of that! The provided PBA-free lids fit snugly and are slosh-resistant, and the stainless steel straws are a nice addition. The straws are very good quality and reduce the stream of plastic straws that end up recycled at best. So this is a really good purchase. And there are a lot of not-so-good ones out there, based upon the reviews I have seen. These are easily worth the little bit extra you might pay.

These wine tumblers are extremely nice and what I expected. I have purchased several other brands of stainless wine tumblers from Amazon that were a disappointment. Single wall stainless cups do not work well for hot or cold drinks. Other tumblers I tried produced condensation on the outside even though they were marketed as insulated double wall tumblers. Another insulated product I tried had a very noticeable seam inside the tumbler that made it look cheap. This brand looks good and does not sweat at all. The lid and straw are an extra bonus if you have a need for that. I would highly recommend Tropicbird doubled walled wine tumblers over any others I have seen so far.

Exactly as described. Straw is great -- I love drinking cold drinks from a cold straw. Lid seals nicely, Drinks stay cold and glass doesn't sweat (except for the top 1/2 inch, so don't fill it all the way -- you don't need to anyway). Great for poolside with the boyfriend!

These are simply the best insulated cups we've found to date that really keep things either hot or cold for hours, and without the outside of the container being impacted whatsoever. Two thumbs up!!

I bought the 12 and 16 oz and they are both excellent. They really do work as described with no sweat and drinks stay cold. My wife likes the 12 oz for wine and the 16 oz for iced tea. I’m using the 16 oz as a water glass and it is great.
