Nunca hicieron la devolución
A pesar de haber hecho la cancelación en tiempo correcto y solicitada la devolución, esta nunca se realizó y el producto nos llegó a casa. No lo necesitamos y no le funcionó a la tablet porque no era del tamaño expresado en las especificaciones. Lamentablemente hoy no podemos regresarlo porque no hemos encontrado la forma de hacerlo. Estamos muy insatisfechos con este producto y con el proveedor.
