As other people have stated in the reviews, these switches are a double throw switch, if wired like it says on the switch you will turn the switch off into a dead short. They took a double throw and tried to make it a single throw and did a very bad job doing it.Opened the switch up and discovered that the light is not a led it's a low voltage light. Tested with a fluke and the light lit up 2 different ways which it shouldn't if it's a true led. The switch is using the resistor to shunt out the voltage. These should be avoided at all cost.Some one using these switches could risk a fire. Amazon has quite a few of these Chinese switch's that are very risky to use. No one should have to figure out how they should be wired in order to not short them out. Buyer beware. If you buy them good luck

I got these switches to help clean up my car interior. I have interior LEDs as well as now, underglow LEDs and I wanted to have a clean switch panel for them. I previously had the interior lights plugged into the cigarette port but that was a bit ugly. I just got the underglow and decided to clean things up now. I just finished the wiring today (if any of you are new to wiring accessories to your car, please do not plug them directly into the battery. I replaced the ABS fuse with an adaptor or you can tap into the wires already past the fuse box rather than directly connecting to your car.)These switches came well packaged in a simple mylar bag. This helps protect the electronics from moisture, extreme heat and other adverse affectors. In addition to the four switches, there were 12 quick connectors and silicone sleeves. These connectors have a little bump in the middle to lock it into place which makes for a solid connection but not-so-quick disconnection just an FYI. On the back of each switch, there is a little threaded section and a threaded ring to fasten against the other side of the panel and hold it in place. I cut holes in two empty panels from the left of the wheel where the dimmer switch typically resides and fit the switches in them.I was particularly grateful for the markings on the back of the switches as well! The three-prong setup they use is different from every other one I have used in the past. It was a tad annoying having the power input and the ground on opposite prongs, but I was able to work with it. It reads "ground", under that "Load", and the bottom peg is "Supply". It has markings showing how you should connect the LEDs as well since they assume that is the most likely use for the switches. After wiring up the LED worse through the firewall (Use a preexisting path) I brought the wires together near the panel and crimped the quick connectors on. (make sure to put the silicone sleeve on before this step) and then it was a matter of sliding those onto the prongs and you're set.These were great switches to work with. They feel great and aren't "smushy" like some other options but click nice without TOO much force. The light on the button lights right up and is a helpful cue that you wired everything correctly if you don't want to have your lights hooked up and waiting.Great choice if you're looking for the rocker switch style!

The switches were the perfect size for a do-it-yourself light and gadget management set up. Super easy to install and like the way they illuminate to show power is present ready for use

These are easy to install, and bright. The blue is the brightest by a long shot.

When i ordered these I thought I had selected multi colored but it seems only the standard blue was available so they aren't exactly what i wanted but they are still good switches that function as expected other than the color of the light. I had wanted different colors so I'd know which systems were active when the switch is turned on. Aside from the color they are working perfectly on my 12 volt lighting system on my e-bike, i had wanted a red light to indicate when the power is turned on and other colors to indicate the headlight is on and a different color for taillights but being the same color will also work well and I plan on ordering the multi-color set later.

Switches work great. I like the feel of them too.

I use these switches all the time in my power supply projects and have never had one fail yet. I print a 3D case for ATX power supplies that I use in all our outdoor holiday displays and will only use these lighted switches. I use a separate led to indicate standby power and wire these switches to light up when the switch is turned on. They have always performed perfectly for many years. I highly recommend these switches.

I installed 3 of these on the dash of my tractor. I had a intermittent headlight switch, a broken 4 way blinker and installed new flood lights on the back while I had the dash apart. I like the different colors and used the green for headlights, blue for back lights and red for flashers. I like the oval design vs the old rectangular ones i replaced. They fit in the existing holes (I used a step bit to drill the new one) These were also rated at 30amps vs the old ones at 25amps
