vivian girl katy goodmans side project.Being a vivian girls fan,i couldnt wait to hear this album but i was a little let down.If you have heard the singles 'never come around'(with the hilarious if scary video) & 'devils hearts grow gold' then you will know what to expect as the whole album pretty much sticks with the same sound;very 60s,sweet vocals/melodies etc.whilst i am a fan of this genre the problem is,is that there isnt particularly any stand out tracks on here.The album is very slow moving yet very short in running time (around 25 mins),not a bad cd just not excellent either so i give it 3 stars.check out vivian girls new offering instead!
