It has a wake function activated when the wrist is lifted. The display time can be set from 5 to 20 seconds duration. While in sport/tracking mode you can swipe the screen to view you preferred exercise information, time, pace, distance etc. Thanks for your question, I hope this helps.

Disappointed

Only bought the watch in June of this year but after wearing the watch in the pool on holiday it stopped working. Syncing activities to Strava is also a pain. Disappointed with the watch overall. To be fair Tri-Tek have been good to deal with and are replacing the watch.
