Really works and stays in place all night and very, very comfortable.
It has a very different shape than all the others. Frankly it didn't look like it would work and I almost didn't order it, but in fact it worked better than the usual round barrel type that I have used for the last few years. I use it just for breathing easier as I don't have a snoring problem but I think it should work for that also. It stays in all night and it is so comfortable you forget you have it in.

Works for me
My problem wasn't snoring but the sensation of inadequate air flow after I fall asleep. I would wake up several times a night feeling like I needed to blow my nose and breathe deeply. This device definitely helps me breathe and sleep better. It is more comfortable than I expected but not something I could wear for 8 hours. Be sure to measure your nostrils and compare to the size chart. An oversize dilator shoved into your nose would be torture.
