Missing light
As in the pictures seen, there’s a light and it supposed to be the creator kit, but unfortunately it’s not. But as a gimbal is great and function very good with AI tracking.

This is not the creator kit!
I have received the Insta 360 flow but this is not the creator kit!It’s missing the apple lightning cable as well as the spot light.The actual Insta 360 flow Creator kit comes with the pouch , grip, 3 types of cables and a spot light!

Insta360 Flow's joystick broke in less than a few days
I’ve bought an Insta360 flow a couple of weeks ago, but suddenly, the Joystick downward is not working.If something so essential to the product can break so easily/quickly, I seriously worry about the lifespan of a product like this.The seller is okay, and delivery was quick, but the product's material is not good. Still waiting for the support to get back to me and I'm not sure how is support. I will not recommend the product.I contacted the support team, and they've been quick to reply and asked me to send a video, but there has been no reply since I sent it.
