Would a small or medium fit best for me? I'm 5'2 and weigh 120lbs

I am 5'2" and 140lbs. The small fit perfectly.

I really love this coat. but i am hesitant to order it because i have long arms. do the arms run short or long?

I also have long arms and ordered the medium. The sleeve goes right to my wrist. It's not long or short but it's fine. I'm 5'6" tall and 145 lbs with a 34B chest. The medium is a little snug with a big sweater underneath. Let's just say it fits but is not oversized. If you want it a little loose then I would suggest ordering up one size. Hope that helps!
