Bronson Bacopa Brain & Mental Performance Support, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

A little background before reviewing. I am in my late 30's, a mom, and very much undiagnosed with ADHD. I have a 50 hour plus job that demands my brain to be on task ALWAYS. The struggle bus has an assigned seat just for me. With all that going on I wanted something that would get my brain on the right track without prescriptions. Randomly saw this pop up on Tiktok of all places. Ordered on a whim just to try. That whim was a life saver! Just ordered my 4th bottle and this has helped SOOOO much. Do I still squirrel? Sometimes. But nothing like I once did. My focus has incredibly improved. I recently got sick and could not take it for a week and a half. Reflecting on how much of a difference with and without this one pill a day is crazy to me. I will say that it did take a good couple of weeks to get results. So if you do try it please be patient. Good things take time. I also will say I never had any side effects from this.

I was honestly a bit skeptical at first, but these pills actually work for me. I’ve noticed a big difference in my ability to stay focused, concentrate, and get things done, whether it’s studying or handling work tasks. It also feels like my mind stays clearer and I’m able to remember things more easily, which really boosts my productivity. My only issue is a personal one… I’m not always consistent with taking them. But whenever I do take them regularly, I definitely feel the benefits. Overall, this has been really helpful for improving focus and staying on track, especially if you tend to get distracted easily. I have been using this product for two years now. Before I began taking it, I was having trouble with "word retrieval". I would be speaking and go to use an adjective, and I couldn't recall the word, even though it should have been simple. This annoying difficulty became problematic occurring as often as 15 -20 times per day, and it was absolutely driving me crazy. I had heard that Bacopa could help with memory, and I decided to give it a go. The recommended dosage on the bottle is 1 pill per day. I tried this dosage for 7 days, but nothing changed. I decided to increase the dosage to 2 pills per day. Physically and cognitively, I didn't feel any different at all, but the difficulty with word retrieval nearly vanished within a few days of increasing the dosage. Currently, the word retrieval problem occurs very rarely - maybe a couple of times per year, if that. The capsules are larger, but not difficult to swallow. I haven't experienced any side effects and, surprisingly, I don't feel any change at all, except with the obvious improvement with speaking. I also haven't noticed any taste to them. I usually take my dosage on an empty stomach with my other vitamins, although this isn't necessary.

I can’t really tell what it's doing but I trust it's doing its job. Hopefully I’ll be able to tell as I get older. I’m in my fifties and hoping to ward off MCI and dementia in my later years. For now it gets 3 stars because of the uncertainty of it all.

I’ve purchased this brand several times now and have taken consistently over 1.5 yrs. I just turned 50 and have noticed my memory has improved so much. I take 1 every night before bed and have no noticeable side effects. Sometimes it’s hard to know if a supplement is working, but I couldn’t take it for three weeks prior to a surgery and 3 weeks after (Drs orders). During that 6 week period, it became obvious that the Bacopa had been working because I went back to not being able to find the words in a conversation, I couldn’t remember things my kids had asked me to do or get at the grocery, just overall brain fog reared its ugly head once again. Before starting Bacopa I was really nervous I may have early onset dementia or something, my memory had declined so much. Now, I actually don’t worry about that since this supplement helps me so much. I doubt I will ever Stop taking it for that reason. $15 for 180 days is worth every cent plus some.

The capsules are easy to take and fit well into my daily routine. Good packaging and a convenient 90-capsule supply.
