The long-lasting stainless steel micro files gently remove unwanted skin leaving hard-working feet soft and smooth. The curved handle fits comfortably in your palm, extends your reach and traps messy shavings. The hard-wearing S-file X exfoliator can be clipped into the S-Ped handle for a more comfortable grip, and provides two abrasive surfaces to give your feet a finishing polish. How to Use Getting started: Ensure feet are clean and dry. Gently rub the S-Ped back and forth over your feet, starting with the hardest areas. If your skin becomes irritated stop immediately. When you have removed the hardest skin, open the S-Ped by pulling the metal abrasive surface away from the handle and empty shavings into a bin. Clip the S-file X into the handle to polish your feet until they are completely smooth. For best results use the rough abrasive first, then use the soft S-file X abrasive side. Wash the S-Ped after use with soapy water and dry carefully. Clean the S-file X with a damp cloth - the S-file X should not be washed. See our website for more details.
