It is a lot of money...I would recommend that you get your school to purchase it!!!!I have found it very easy to use and I like that you can edit most of the resources on the CD to fit your own story/unit so you can revisit and reuse each activity.There are kinaesthetic elements to the learning similar to (but in my opinion better than) kung fu punctuation.There are 42 activities which have editable 'activity resources' and a few extra generic copiable resources.There are the following parts to the book:*What is a sentence?*Make a sentence*Using and choosing words*Extending and changing sentences*Punctuation in sentencesThey cover sentences making sense, building sentences, nouns, adjectives, verbs, tense, 'and', 'but', time words, adding detail, opposites, alliteration, similes, fluster, question marks, commas, and speech marks. Hope this helps.I find it easier to use than the 'Developing Early Writing' resources.

A great book for short activities to allow the children exposure to grammar regularly.
