These worked great for repairing defective factory wiring in my Samsung refrigerator. The 3 wire plug that connects the ice maker to the fridge had a broken wire causing the ice maker fan to be inoperable. The original 3 wire plug was unrepairable, so I just bypassed it with two of these connectors. It required two connectors because the three wires had to be lengthened.

Works well but not as easy to close cover and determine if wires are connected for old hands and eyes 🤣. I needed small inconspicuous 3 wire connector and this works well! Even with reuse they were a little tough to open and remove wires but once they were connected they fit well and were durable ie can't pull wires out easily. One thing to remember is wires don't need to be stripped which makes it easy to use.

I bought these to repair some Govee outdoor string lights after the local squirrels decided to chew through them. Look, I’ve been wiring things for decades, but these connectors turned out to be way more of a headache than they were worth. I ultimately had to buy Liquid Electrical Tape just to seal the whole mess up. Here is the issue: if you are splicing three completely separate, individual wires, you’ll probably be fine. But if you're dealing with a standard multi-conductor cable (where the three wires are housed inside a larger outer jacket), these are a nightmare. Because there is no internal wire guide molded into the plastic housing, you have to strip back a significant amount of the outer jacket just to get the individual wires to spread wide enough to line up with the slots. If your "V" split is too short, you will never get them to stay aligned properly before you crimp it down. Because you have to expose so much inner wiring just to make the connector work, the weatherproofing is compromised. I did manage to successfully link the squirrel-chewed Govee wires, but I had to slather the entire connection in Liquid Tape to feel confident leaving it outdoors. If you're working with jacketed cables, look for a connector with a better built-in wire guide.

Nice easy to use splice. Used to repair pinched RC servo wires. Created a solid connection on 22 AWG wires.

The people that really complain about these things are people that generally don't know how to use them properly But it fixed up my dash cam that I was working on. I couldve twisted w heat shrink tubing. But these are just as good and highly reusable. And I've uses a few sizes including the bigger one pictured.

I used 20g and I am happy with the performance of them. Easy to use and holds strong.

I was worried about how secure they would be. They are very secure and incredibly easy to use.

Seem to be really well designed. I have various kinds of this connector and so far have had zero issues. It would be nice if they made a kit with the various kinds, next month probably LOL. I use these on motorcycles with exposure to water and muck so I normally do a quick wrap with electrical tape after closing I suspect that it is not necessary but why not? Nice neat small and very functional design; a wonderful product.
