Missing hook
Cannot hang glass ball as no a hook and a hole. I steady paid someone to hang light. I have to pay againIf unscrewing. Very disappointed.

Once put up. N set up properly.i love it fits in living room lovely.exactly right size 4 ceiling.Only one minor thing I dislike is tht its not all crystal.small beads are acrylic..only because I do not like acrylic beads .but thts only my personal choice.apart from tht .one very happy customer
