Tristar Prod COPPER CHEF LOAF PAN

I really love copper cookware. This product was no exception. I cooked my first meatloaf in it and it came out great! There was no sticking to the sides and the leaf insert is very awesome. Clean up was a breeze! The only thing that I wish was that the insert was raised a little more for better drainage, but otherwise this was not to much of a problem.

It works! Food cooks evenly and is a cinch to remove from the pan. Only purchased one, but will buy another.

The insert drains off fat for making healthier meat loafs, for example. It's easy to clean as with all Copper Chef pans and comes with a plastic lid for easy leftover storage. I'm very happy witht this addition to my Copper Chef cookware, and recommend it to those sick of trying to clean the sides of a pan.

This is the best! My meatloaf came out BeautifullyAll the grease was in bottom I lifted my meat loaf out easily and sliced perfectly. Then the leftovers I stored easily with the lid. I am going to buy as gifts
