The web interface is easy to use and the Time Machine backup works flawlessly (once set up - see the Synology help site for instructions). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ No UK Plug Cable *by D***P on 19 May 2026* First of all let me say what a great machine this is. It is very easy to set up, and although it's a plastic case, it is still well made. I have two other Synology NAS units and this is a different model the operating system is the same and it all works in exactly the same way. Unfortunately, this unit came without a UK 13 amp plug cable or adaptor. This is actually a legal requirement in the UK and I should have sent it back, but I didn't want the hassle of sending it back and reordering, so I dug around in my stock of old PC power cables, calculated what fuse to put in and used that instead. Overall a very good product and can recommend it.
