We had work done on the lake behind our house and they really tore up our land taking cattails out to the street. We brought in fill dirt and wanted something to help use compact it. On first use the original cap had a chain, unfortunately it must have had a weak spot because it cracked and started to leak. I contacted the customer service and they were quick to respond and send out a replacement, which I had in about 2 days. Have used it both manually and hooked to the tractor and I am satisfied with the results. As the manufacturer notes if you are not going to use it for a while empty it and place it in a manner will it will not get a flat side. Due to unexpected changes in my schedule I was not able to keep using the roller for a few days and with some hot weather here in Florida it did start to get a flat spot on the bottom, I rolled it over and let it sit in the sun changing the position so as not to get another flat side and it was quickly back to normal.
