It's paper. I don't know what else to say. You can write on it. It's about as durable as paper. It functions as paper. It's priced properly. It's easy to use.......

GREAT QUALITY AND VALUE
This paper is good quality, has nicely spaced lines, and doesn’t have any of the extra nonsense all over it that other lined paper can have. I found this to be the best value out of others I looked at. Give it a try!

Purchased Rosmonde Loose Leaf Paper, 450 sheets, 3 pack. It's paper, it did what it was supposed to do. Fit fine in my binders.

It’s paper
Obviously it’s lined paper, but it’s thinner than what I prefer and has a blue-ish tint to it. It’s definitely gets the job done in a pinch, but I probably wouldn’t have bought it if I knew it was slightly blue. 🤷🏼♀️The paper on the right is made by Mead, the left is Rosmonde.
