Great buy worth the money.
I love love love my hat! It's well made and beautifully created. So that you know asmall is a new baby from 0-9 amedium is from 9-12 and alarge from 12 and up.I hope this helps I would say these babies of normal weight and size (according to doctors.) then again what’s normal.
