Game Changer - I wish I could give 10 *'s
Game-changing addition for my laptop and travel set-up. I can't begin to imagine going back to a single monitor setup ever again. These are the perfect complement to my laptop. The monitor signal and power are through the same cable so it's one less power supply to haul. It took a few minutes to get the monitor sequence the way I wanted it, but now I can plug it in and go to work. The monitors seem to be pretty sturdy, but along with that, they are also a bit heavy. I use a small, wheeled work bag (Samsonite) that carries my laptop, monitors, headset and various cords, cables and supplies and it easily fits the overhead compartment. Unless you're flying private with a real desk, they won't really fit an airline tray table, but in a hotel or office with a real desk these do the trick. Some of the best money I've spent on tech -- EVER!

Works great
I love the portability of this product. I have multiple monitors at work and when I telework or travel it is convenient to have additional screens. It is lightweight and easy to transport.

Great for mobile office.
They can be glitchy if not connected to a particular port on my computer but are very portable and are the perfect size.

Stopped working after 2 Months
I purchased this in October, and used it for couple of months, and then it starts giving me a problem with the monitor constantly going on and off. I figured it was just the cable, but i got a new bigger monitor (not portable like this) and I don’t need to use this as I don’t travel often anymore, so I just kept it on my office table and did not turn it on. I have a planned travel couple of weeks from now so i tried to start the monitor again, and now it doesn’t connect to my computer anymore. It keeps on saying no signal, and then when i power it on the logo appears quickly, and then the screen goes black. I purchased a cable from amazon to see if it is just the cables that were defective, but it is still giving me the same problem.Very disappointed, I spent so much money for this to just use this for 2 months. Did this happen to anyone other than me? I hope the company will help me with getting this repaired or provide troubleshooting assistance.

Great Customer Service and Product
I pulled out this product and I was so excited. Then it wouldn't work. I was frustrated. I sent an email to support. They responded and apologized for a late reply. It was only 6 hours. I was was fine with a 6 hour turn time. They gave me a couple of things to try and some information to provide. They came back and said I needed a new cable and that they had already had one sent to me. A day later it shows up at my door. I admit I did have high hopes but I plugged it and everything worked. I was so happy. The product it great. It is going to really help remote productivity. But I want to say the customer service is what really has me so impressed. These days so many companies don't care about a consumer. This is different. What fantastic customer support. They truly care. Other companies should take note. This is awesome. if you are on the fence as to what monitor extension to purchase, this company not only has a great product but the service/support to back it up. They care.

Too Bulky for Travel - Too Poor for Stationary Use
The "KYY Triple Laptop Screen Extender" (X90) was packed carefully and arrived the next day. KYY put a lot of care into the box and interior packing, further protecting the display with foam bits and a solid product box that looks really nice.PortabilityMy first impression was how heavy the display is. I have a Surface Laptop 4 that weights 2lb 13oz. I also have a KYY single display that weighs 2lb 9oz (with case). This dual display weighs 4lb 8oz (no case). I suppose that’s reasonable for two monitors, but I wasn’t expecting it.The device is so heavy that I had to angle the monitors at about 45°. Anything further back and it would fall, taking my laptop with it. The device is only held up by a stand on the back. They should have included a flat platform (on the front) for the laptop to sit on.It’s also very bulky. My Surface is about a ½-inch thick and the other KYY is about a ⅓-inch thick (no case). But the dual display is 1¼-inch. If your plan is to travel with this, you may have difficulty fitting it into your laptop bag and it will be quite heavy lugging around. It’s worth mentioning that it does not come with any case of its own, not even a sleeve. For travelers, this is a concern because of how it folds up. One of the monitors is partially exposed in three areas, and I found myself touching the display (getting fingerprints on it) any time I tried to pull it out of my bag and unfold it. There’s a “handle” in the back which is great for holding it, but your fingertips will definitely touch the screen when folded. Also, when folded, it doesn’t “lock” into that position – it kind of wiggles a bit.Installation and ConnectivityConnecting the display to my Surface Pro 4 via USB-C was a great experience. The laptop detected and powered the displays quickly. No drivers needed. I only needed to adjust the relative positions of the displays in the Windows Display Settings window. I appreciate that it came with a perfect USB-C cable plus more for AC power (if necessary, but I didn’t need it).The device doesn’t have HDMI-in which might be fine for some, but I found that a limitation. My Surface only has one USB-C port which I usually hook up to a USB-C hub. That hub has no USB-C output capable of giving data and power to a monitor (but it does have multiple HDMI outs). Thus, I was only able to use the dual monitor if I didn’t need any other USB-C devices. Other laptops with multiple USB-Cs (or a better hub) likely won’t have this problem. If they release another version of this display, they should consider adding a USB-C hub-style port, similar to some high-end monitors.Display QualityThe display quality is on-par with the other KYY monitor I have, which is to say it’s not bad but it’s also not great. Not nearly as good as the Surface Laptop 4 display. Even with brightness turned up, the display looked dim, faded, or diffused. The viewing angle of the dual display is also very limited. As soon as your face is off by a few inches to either side, there’s a significant loss in brightness and quality. This could be a problem if you don’t have the angle set up just right. And recall that I had to angle it at 45° to prevent it from falling over.Windows detected the resolution at 1920x1080 and defaulted the scale to 150%. I changed it to 100% to fit more on the display. It was nice that each display could be individually adjusted. The display is matte, not glossy. This isn’t good or bad, just something to note.Other NotesThe device has no audio out, unlike some of their other devices (which never had great audio quality anyway).KYY has been a great company that I’ve been using and recommending for many years now. Their customer service is quick and friendly and great to work with. They sent me this device, at their cost, to review because I had purchased several of their products in the past.Bottom LineFor the price, this is probably a fine display if you absolutely need two monitors. But I think it’s too bulky for frequent travel – and the quality is too poor for stationary use. I can’t think of a good use case for it, as it does neither scenario well.
