UPDATE: Customer support was unable to help, thus i am unable to use the product for purpose intendedTitle suggests it works with Rivet nuts or Insert Nuts:"Riveter Adapter,Electric Rivet Nut,Rivet Attachment Cordless Drill Rivet Gun Electric Drill Tool Kit with 3pcs Convertible+40pcs riveter Head Insert Nut Hand Power Tool Accessories"Description makes to mention of either or how to adapt for rivet nut mandrel/"bits"____This product does not come equipped to install rivet nuts as listed in the description [aka rivnuts or nutserts]. Am hoping the attachment I bought previously will fit. If not it is of no use to me as described for the purposes I intended and I will return it.

This Riveter Adapter Broken
At first it did good, it lasted as long as (18) Teapots, with (7) pcs. of silverware hanging on chains. I thought for sure I would get more use out of this Riveter Gun, I was slightly disgruntled, to say the least.But i figured I'd give it a second chance, so I ordered (6) more. The reason I purchased these, is because I have arthritis, and it's very painful to hold a rivet gun, for a long period of time. So hopefully you all will get my order to me ASAP. Thank You

Great Idea... Terrible Product
The connection, is designed to fit an impact drill. It will not connect to my impact drill, defect in design, as I had purchased two of them, and neither would attach to the impact drill. I then attached to my regular drill, but the Riveter would just spin and not catch the rivet. Was a waste of money!!!

No Instructions
I found this tool troublesome maybe if some instructions were included I would of been able to properly to use the tool. I returned this tool unable to use.
